刘惠指出，要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入践行习近平法治思想和习近平文化思想，贯彻落实习近平总书记重要致信精神，不断提高法治宣传教育工作质效，努力营造全社会尊法学法守法用法的良好氛围，为建设更高水平的平安黑龙江、法治黑龙江贡献智慧和力量。

尊敬的弥宏卓副旗长、殷玉珍劳模：

大家上午好！

今天是2025年4月22日，是世界第56个地球日，我们从五湖四海、大江南北来的内蒙古毛乌素沙地、来到殷玉珍劳模的绿化基地，向治沙英雄学习，为地球村播绿，践行生态公益，今天在沙漠中种下了自己的心愿树，这里包括：为孩子播种成材树，为父母播种长寿树，为自己播种梦想树，为企业播种常青树等等，毛乌素多种一棵绿树，天空中少扬一粒沙尘；为打造北疆绿色长城，贡献我们的绵薄之力，成为网友们的共识。

非常荣幸的是，早在10年前第46个地球日，在全国劳动模范殷玉珍治沙精神的感召下，我们清华大学校友和来自世界各地的网友（包括美国、韩国、加拿大、日本、香港地区）生态环保志愿者，千里迢迢来到这里，连续十年走进毛乌素，在殷玉珍的指导下，自费购买树苗种植、同时大家都出养护费委托殷玉珍代管养护，有的网友认领十棵树，有的认领五十棵，有的认领五亩，有的认领十亩……

“绿我地球村、美丽中国梦”由当初的策划变成行动，由行动变为现实。据不完全统计，10多年来，在殷劳模的技术指导和精心养护下，志愿者们连续种植了六百多亩樟子松，成活率达到了75%以上。有的樟子松最高长到六米多。

今天我们又有来自广东的陈薇薇网友、安徽的李婉溶网友、山东的韩帮泰网友、陕西榆林、延安以及鄂尔多斯东胜、呼和浩特的环保志愿者，在萨拉乌苏开展义务植树，再一次种下了自己希望的树种，大家也一起种下了共同友谊和永久的记忆。

在56个地球日活动的今天，我们也得到内蒙古防沙治沙协会、“中国绿发会”生态文明指导委员会、清华大学校友总裁俱乐部、内蒙古毛乌素治沙造林协会、内蒙古久科环保科技有限公司、内蒙古绿洲治沙造林有限公司、北京还看今朝文化传媒有限公司、陕西省镇北台酒业有限公司的大力支持和友情奉献。

在此，我代表今天参加活动的全体生态公益网友和志愿者、代表地球村民网国际在线编辑部，对热爱大自然、奉献毛乌素的公益网友们表示崇高的敬意。对乌审旗人民政府和无定河镇政府、和萨拉乌苏村民委员会、给予“世界地球日”活动和对殷玉珍劳模多年来的关心支持表示衷心的感谢！

Good morning!

Today, April 22nd, 2025, marks the 56th World Earth Day. We have gathered from across China—from all corners of the country—to the Mu Us Sandy Land in Inner Mongolia, at Comrade Yin Yuzhen’s afforestation base, to learn from the desert control heroes, plant greenery for our global village, and practice ecological public welfare. Today, we planted "wish trees" in the desert, including: trees for children's growth, longevity trees for parents, dream trees for ourselves, and evergreen trees for enterprises. Every additional green tree in the Mu Us reduces a grain of dust in the sky. Contributing to building a green great wall on the frontier has become our shared mission.

We are deeply honored that as early as 10 years ago, on the 46th Earth Day, inspired by the desert control spirit of National Model Worker Yin Yuzhen, Tsinghua University alumni and eco-environmental volunteers from around the world (including the U.S., South Korea, Canada, Japan, and Hong Kong) have continuously traveled thousands of miles here for over a decade. Under Yin Yuzhen’s guidance, we self-funded saplings, planted trees, and paid maintenance fees for her to manage the care. Some volunteers adopted 10 trees, some 50, some 5 mu of land, some 10 mu... Now, nearly 10,000 pine, poplar, and willow trees cover nearly 1,000 mu of land. The vision of "Greening Our Global Village, Realizing a Beautiful Chinese Dream" has evolved from planning to action, and from action to reality. According to incomplete statistics, over 500 mu of pine trees planted by volunteers under Comrade Yin’s technical guidance and careful maintenance have become mature forests in the past decade, with a survival rate exceeding 75%. Some pine trees have grown as tall as over six meters.

Today, we are joined by eco-volunteers such as Chen Weiwei from Guangdong, Li Wanrong from Anhui, Han Bangtai from Shandong, and volunteers from Yulin and Yan’an in Shaanxi, as well as Dongsheng in Ordos and Hohhot. We carried out voluntary tree planting in萨拉乌苏 (Sala Us), sowing our hoped-for tree species and planting shared friendship and lasting memories together.

On this 56th Earth Day, we would like to thank the Inner Mongolia Sand Prevention and Control Association, the Ecological Civilization Steering Committee of the "China Green Development Association," the Tsinghua University Alumni CEO Club, the Inner Mongolia Mu Us Desert Afforestation Association, Inner Mongolia Jiuke Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Oasis Desert Afforestation Co., Ltd., Beijing Huan Kan Jin Zhao Culture Media Co., Ltd., and Shaanxi Zhenbeitai Wine Industry Co., Ltd. for their strong support and dedication.
